I have been a tutor for over twenty years, as well as an Adjunct Professor of English at Long Island University in Brooklyn and at Kingsborough Community College. I received my BA in English from the Honors College at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where I graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. I then attended the PhD program in English Literature at The Graduate School of the City University of New York. Perhaps one day I will return to finish my dissertation on Courtly Transgression in the Medieval Lais of Marie-de-France. As tempting as that sounds, I am very content right now to focus on my private tutoring business.
